Rev’d Sculpt is a beat-driven, high-energy fusion of full-body strength and cardio where, like every Rev’d session, an athletic workout sits at the center. Using lighter weights, bands, and mats, you’ll move through continuous, music-led sequences that build endurance, definition, and control in a powerful, team-driven training experience.
Rev’d Sculpt is designed to sculpt, improve mobility, and develop the muscular endurance that supports everything you do. Through continuous, beat-driven time under tension, you’ll strengthen stabilizers, enhance control, and leave feeling longer, stronger, and more powerful.
Music is the foundation of every Rev’d Sculpt session. Each block is built to the beat, guiding your pace, your transitions, and your intensity so you can stay fully present in the work. The rhythm drives the energy in the room, connects the team, and pushes you to move with more power, more control, and more purpose from start to finish.
Grip socks are optional for Sculpt (you can train barefoot or with grip socks) but they can be beneficial to maintain a clean, secure training environment. These are available for purchase, please confirm with your home studio.
Rev’d Sculpt is a beat-driven session with lighter weights and higher reps, designed to build muscular endurance while moving in sync with the music. Rev’d-X is our strength and conditioning workout, using heavier dumbbells (10–50 lbs) and lower reps to develop total-body strength and power.
