The studio is located at 81 Legacy Blvd, Suite 2, Dedham, MA 02026. Directly behind the Whole Foods at Legacy Place, the studio shares a front door with the Lux Nail Salon. Free parking is available in the lot in front of the studio.

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the session for check-in. Studio doors lock at the start of the session and no late entry is permitted.

At the start time of every session, any open spots are released to athletes on the waitlist and no one else is permitted into room once the session has begun.
If you are booking with Single Session Credits, Core Memberships, or Credit Packages and you need to change or cancel a reservation, please do so at least 6 hours before the session starts via our website or app. Canceling within this window ensures there’s no penalty, and any single credits will be returned to your account for future use. Any cancellations within 6 hours of the start of your session result in a $15 late cancel fee or $20 no show fee + the loss of the session credit (single sessions, packages)
If you are booking with Student Memberships should make any cancellations at least 12 hours before your session time in order to avoid any fees. Any cancellations within 12 hours of the start of your session time result in a $15 late cancel fee or $20 no show fee.
