Hey y’all! I’m Emily and I am here to help you find your next favorite workout! When you enter the room, you will instantly be met with good vibes and great music that we know and love! Once the session starts we will work through an energetic and inspirational session that will be challenging yet inclusive and empowering! Movement has always been an important part of my life and no matter where you are at in your journey, I am here for you!
