My name is Sage and I am originally from Colorado! I LOVE house music and R&B so you’ll hear both in my sessions! I love pushing my body past my own predetermined limits and being proud of that work. Whether that’s pushing for one more rep or staying up for one second longer, embrace that discomfort! You are always capable of more than you think! Moving my body is a privilege I am grateful for every day and I bring a lot of positive vibes to session! Each new day offers opportunity for improvement, let’s improve together one session at a time!
